All employees must go through a thorough verification, screening and testing process that includes:

  • Act 33 (child abuse) clearance
  • CNA certificate
  • CPR/first aid certification
  • Act 34 (criminal) clearance
  • Physical/TB test
  • Valid driver’s license

All employees are bonded, receive annual evaluations, and attend continuing education and training. We comply with all state and federal regulations.
